As part of our exhibition featuring the work of father and daughter Ralph & Alice Freeman 'The Other Hand', and a display of paintings by Lieke Ritman, poet and educator Alan Bleakley will read from his latest collection, A Choir of Kindness (Artel Press 2026).
Copies will be available for sale, fresh off the press! Alan has published widely in journals including The Times Literary Supplement. London Review of Books, The London Magazine, Manhattan Review, and the Bellevue Literary Review, and has eight collections. He focuses largely on observation of the natural world in West Penwith, but with a slantwise vision.
