From established artists to emerging newcomers.
The New Craftsman was founded in the 1960s by potter Janet Leach. Since that time, it has exhibited the work of many of the UKs most important and influential artists and established itself as an authority on 20th century St Ives art, contemporary painting, and contemporary British and international craft. The New Craftsman now represents more than 100 artists and presents eight curated exhibitions a year, with a focus on the very best new work by established and rising painters, potters, sculptors and fine-art jewellers.
